Description

Over the course of a year, the Daunt Books subscriber receives a new title every month, according to their tastes; they are invited to tailor the service to their preferences, making it the ideal bespoke present.

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely! The subscriber can get in touch whenever they’d like to discuss what books they enjoy and how they think the subscription is going. Our contact details will be on the card that we send. You can also fill in the form on this page.

You can choose for the first book to be sent to you, rather than the subscriber, by selecting "Send it to me, I'll give it to them in person" from the Introductory Card option. This way, you can give the first book and/or card in person. Subsequent books will be sent to the subscriber’s address.

The subscriber can swap the book in any of our shops, or return it via mail.

The subscriber will receive a card with their first book, which explains how the subscription works; they will be encouraged to get in touch to discuss what they like to read. They will then receive a book every month, or every other month if they have a six-book subscription.
